If PAYG - in permanent employment (ie not on probation), 2 latest payslips and Group Certificate or a letter from your employer outining start date, job description, annual income and the fact you are permanently employed.

Low Doc home/investment loan
(to 80% LVR)
 
Can be used for purchases, refinancing and consolidations, when Tax Returns are not yet completed or not available BUT cashflows are proven via bank statements (business banking deposits) over a 6 month period or copies of 12 months BAS statements.
  
Low Doc home loans can be the ideal solution and usually at lower rates than the banks advertised "standard" variable full doc rates and have all the features of a standard home loan.
 
A Low Doc is a variation of our "standard" loan with the only difference being the slightly higher interest rate due to only basic proof of income being required.
 
Can revert to our low standard Full Doc rate if/when suitable financials are provided. 
 
It allows for extra payments, with your normal payments, or "one off" lump sum repayments without penalty) and has free redraws online with no ongoing fees.
 
Can also include non-conforming loans (see below) where the borrower(s) may have bad credit history etc but rate will be higher depending in the credit history and circumstances and loan to value ratio (LVR) etc

Low Doc home loans are specially designed to help self-employed people turn their dreams into reality. The Low Doc home loan not only eliminates all the hassles of having to provide proof of income (Tax Returns etc), but is also packed with several features for the successful management of your finances and business.

 "Low Start"
Full Doc home / investment loan 
 
Lower rates for a 6, 12, 18 mths or 2 yrs -  "introductory" period, then reverts to the "standard" variable at the time.
 
If you are looking for the lowest home loan around, our Low Start loan offers a very competitive introductory rate, this may be the product for you!
   
eg at a very low 6.02% " variable" rate for the first year, it's hard to go past "Low Start".
Plus, you can pay as much as you like, whenever you like, to really get ahead in those first few months.
   
At the end of the introductory period, the loan reverts to a low variable interest rate, well below the advertised standard variable rate of the big four banks.
