Pacific Mortgage originates and manages mortgage loans and has arrangements with major Australian financial institutions who provide funding on a wholesale basis. Pacific Mortgage and various major trustee companies lends these funds on individual mortgage transactions. Funds are often sourced from major banks but lent in a non-bank capacity.

To enable us to obtain access to these funds the lender requires that we have experience and competent management in all facets of origination and mortgage lending.

Pacific Mortgage provides a wide range of products which include Principal and Interest, Interest Only and Equity loans for residential owner occupiers and investors in Australia.

We also work closely with Australia's oldest and largest "wholesale funds management" and "trustee companies", which supervise and physically hold the mortgage documentation in safe custody. It is referred to on all loan documents as the "lender" and "mortgagee" and will actually provide the funds for the settlement of your loan.

Most of the other matters involving any mortgage accounts will be handled by us including any ongoing daily enquiries, assistance and advice that you may need on an ongoing basis for the duration of your loan account with us.
