Pacific premium home & investment loan

Our most popular loan type as it covers all areas - home loans, investment loans, consolidation and refinance loans BUT can also incorporate No Doc / Lo Doc loans the only difference is the rate.

This loan known as our "premium" loan is a long term. (30 yrs approx) loan with no ongoing fees. It allows for extra payments (on top of your normal regular payments, or "one off" lump sums as often as you like) without penalties and has free redraws.

The set up cost is normally just $220 plus mortgage insurance if applicable (over 80% of valuation) plus any government charges.

Can also be Lo Doc & No Doc with the only difference being the interest rate (see No Doc/ Lo Doc pages).

Long term loan.
No ongoing fees.
Low standard variable rate.
Low discounted rate available for 6 months or 12 months after which the loan reverts to the standard rate at the time.
Can be Interest Only for up to 10 years then to Principle & Interest, or Principle & Interest from the outset.
Payments can be weekly, fortnightly or monthly, and day and date of repayment can be nominated (to suit pay day).
If Interest Only, additional payments are still allowed either one off or regularly.
Additional payments can be made via Direct Salary Credit and other income credits (BPay etc).
Internet access to print out loan statements, make extra payments (one off or regularly with normal payment) and free redraws if you have paid off extra.
Telephone banking also available.
Low variable rate with option ot fix at any time at no cost.
