Pacific Mortgage Corporation Pty Ltd originates mortgage loans and has arrangements with major Australian financial institutions who provide funding on a wholesale basis. Pacific Mortgage Corporation Pty Ltd lends these funds on individual mortgage transactions.

To enable us to obtain access to these funds the lender requires that we have experience and competent management in all facets of origination and mortgage lending.

Pacific Mortgage Corporation Pty Ltd provides a wide range of products which include Principal and Interest, Interest Only and Equity loans for residential owner occupiers and investors, in Australia and Overseas.

It is also one of the very few Australian firms whose main financing carries the coveted "AAA" rating from the prestigious Standard and Poor's Rating Group. Not surprisingly, it is these features that enable us to provide outstanding competitive and attractive financing facilities, and we are proud to be able to offer them to you.
